Best for a beach ride:
Zanzibar Horse Club — based around Nungwi/Kendwa. They offer beach rides, sunset rides, longer excursions and even swimming with the horses. Their published prices include for a 1-hour village & beach ride, for a 2-hour sandbank ride, for a 30-minute horse swim.

🪂 Skydiving
Skydive Zanzibar is the main option I found. It's based at Kendwa Rocks, and tandem jumps are from 10,000 ft, with views over Kendwa/Nungwi and landing on Kendwa Beach.

🚁 Helicopter tour
Helicopter scenic flights are available as private charter experiences, offering aerial views of Zanzibar's coastline, turquoise lagoons and beaches. One Zanzibar resort currently advertises a 30-minute private helicopter experience.
